This proves your skillset of mismanagement, pathetic customer experience...and many more!
Delivery experts are highly unprofessional, disrespectful, and untrained.
They would make you feel begging for your already paid order.....
Dear Team,
I would strongly recommend to shutdown your home delivery option.
1. When the order came late to my place approx 1 hr, delivery executive refused to give me the order.
2. Store operator, when i called him, he said it is difficult to send order to your place.
3. I told him that such kind of attitude will lead to bad reviews to the restaurant, to my surprise he replies back “sir humara he naam ka publicity hoga free mein”.
Wow, i must say all the people working for the restaurant are highly trained to harass the customers to the best of their capability.
Thanks for the fantastic experience with a hope, not to ever order from your restaurant again.

Last Friday's order was from this place. Personally i haven't been a fan of Dimsums (As i don't prefer Chinese much, Once in a whiiiile is fine) or Momos. But in the last few months had tried them at couple of places and i enjoyed it so decided on this place for our lunch. About the place, This is a delivery and takeaway only place. Packaging was perfect. Delivery was delayed a bit, But was informed in advance. So Dimsums we had were "Chinese Veg in Home Made Vinegar" & "Four Seasons Veg Dimsum". Four season one was in a crystal shaped dough, Looked interesting and taste-wise was great too. Chinese one had veggies wrapped inside and topped with Vinegar Sauce which tasted delicious. Out of this two i enjoyed Chinese Veg in Home made Vinegar more. But compare to those two i liked "Vegetable Momos" (Steamed) much more. And they are available in Tandoori and Fried as well (Will definitely try that sometime). It was served with the green chutney, Which was perfect and went well with it. In main course we had, "Veg Shanghai Rice" & "Veg Golden Fried Rice", Shanghai rice was kind of Chinese version of Veg Pulao with a lot of veggies, Golden fried rice came with some noodles(Which i prefer more than rice). So obviously i enjoyed the Golden Fried Rice more. Quantity wise 1 rice would be sufficient for 2 persons if you are ordering a side dish to go with it. Overall the food we ordered was sufficient enough for at least 4 persons (Even though we were 3 and Yes we finished it somehow :) ). In gravy we had "Exotic Veggies in choice of sauce", which was kind of sweeter side and had a lots of veggies. A good one to go with your rice. Overall price wise it is a good and affordable, Quantity was great too and most importantly the quality which we get was amazing. There was nothing that spoiled the taste/experience. Also one more thing to notice there delivery radius is comparatively greater than regular restaurants, So you might want to check out even if you feel you are far away from the kitchen. Recommendations :- Chinese Veg in Home Made Vinegar Dimsums, Vegetable Momos, Veg Golden Fried Rice & Exotic Veggies in choice of sauce. Note :- Though i loved everything i tried, The recommendation is applicable if you need to choose one from this and explore other options from the menu. If not go for all of it :).
