Very hygienic and tasty recipes .I know very well about the way of making.Especially the oil he is using is pure.He never use the cooked Oil again for cooking.I couldn't find the street food so hygienic anywhere in Alathur.And the plates ,inside the cooking area means inside the vehicle he used for shop is cleaning very well ,that we can check at the time of closing time.Really Amazing.
