Absolutely delightful experience at Delhi-32 in Leela Hotel, East Delhi! The starters were phenomenal - Dahi Ke Sholey, Paneer, and Hari Bhari Tikki were incredibly soft, tasty, and delicious. Each bite was a burst of flavors! The main course was equally impressive, with Garlic Naan that perfectly complemented the smoky and spicy Paneer dish. Desserts stole the show - Gulab Jamun and Amriti were divine, with just the right balance of sweetness. What made the experience even more special was when I asked our waiter who the mastermind behind this delicious food was, and I got to meet Chef Mahinder. He was an absolute gentleman, with a warm smile and a humble demeanor. I was impressed not just by his culinary skills, but also by his gentle and happy nature.
