Diligence farms is a hidden gem in Niphad, and I highly recommend it if you're looking for a delicious and authentic Maharashtrian meal. The restaurant is located on a beautiful farm, and the setting is very peaceful and relaxing. The food is delicious, and the service is excellent. The owners, Vanita and Ramesh, are very friendly and helpful, and they're happy to recommend local attractions and activities. I especially loved the Chulivarcha Misal, which is a local dish that I don't usually get in metros. It was absolutely delicious! Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Diligence farms, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Niphad.
