We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your recent visit did not meet your expectations, as we strive to ensure all our guests have a great experience with us. However, we feel it's important to clarify a few details. When you dined with us, we informed you upfront that freshly preparing your dishes would take approximately 30 to 35 minutes, to which you agreed. As per your request, we prioritised serving the noodles and gravy first to accommodate your hungry children. Regarding your concern about the chicken, we personally showed you the ingredients used, and it was, in fact, chicken as ordered — not prawns. Our team has been committed to serving only the freshest ingredients for years, and we take great pride in maintaining that standard. We understand everyone has days when things might feel more frustrating than usual, but aggression towards our staff or making inaccurate claims doesn't reflect the actual situation we aim to resolve. We remain committed to providing great food and excellent service, and we're always happy to address genuine concerns to improve our guests' experience
