Dicha in Rajouri offers decent food, though I found it slightly on the overpriced side. The place wasn’t too crowded during my visit, which made it comfortable, and the ambience is quite nice—stylish yet calm. However, it doesn’t really attract much of a young crowd, so the vibe is more on the quieter side. Service was okay, nothing exceptional but not disappointing either.
