Excellent Stay at Diana Heights, Kochi I recently stayed at Diana Heights in Kochi and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and very professional. Check-in was quick and smooth, and I immediately felt at home. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained with all the amenities you’d expect from a quality hotel — comfortable bedding, spotless bathrooms, and good air conditioning. The Wi-Fi connection was strong and consistent, which was a big plus for me. I also tried their restaurant, and the food was excellent — fresh, flavorful, and with a great variety of local and international options. I got this Hotel booked through SIGNATURE. Rooms are comfortable, spacious and a small bar, tea/coffee, television facilities were also available. Bathroom was smaller than usual size. The best part is their services and the services provided by NANDINI KOLI of SIGNATURE whether in room or restaurant. Buffet Food was nothing much to write about. I THINK SIGNATURE should consider them lucky to have staff like NANDINI who was always responsive whenever required. In hotel ALLEN at reception and a small frail girl whose name unfortunately I have forgotten, deserve special mention. Location of hotel is 10 minutes drive from AIRPORT but places of visit and distance from town is quite time consuming.n Service: 5
