The overall experience with the staff at Dhaba Culture was quite disappointing. Before placing my order, I specifically confirmed with the staff whether my card was valid, and they assured me it was. However, after I placed the order, one of the staff members informed me that they were not accepting that card and suggested that I place the order through Zomato from Dhaba Culture itself, assuring me that I could have the food there.Following their suggestion, I placed the order on Zomato. Once the order was confirmed and the preparation had started, the owner came over and said that I wasn’t allowed to have the food there — even though it was ordered from Dhaba Culture and as per their staff’s instructions.This inconsistency and miscommunication from their side made the whole experience very frustrating and unpleasant — definitely not what I expected.

Dhaba Kulture Family Restaurant is a great place for authentic food with a homely touch. The ambiance is cozy, perfect for families. The staff is friendly, and the dishes are flavorful, especially the North Indian thali. Highly recommended! Truly Appalling Experience - Avoid This Place This was, without a doubt, the worst dining experience I have had in a long time. I gave 1 star only because zero isn't an option. The issues started immediately: 15 minutes wasted just finding parking, which is unacceptable. Our table was dirty upon arrival, and when a server came to clean it, they literally spilled the cleaning residue onto my wife. Service was abysmal. We waited 10 minutes to order, which the server got completely wrong. Our corrected food order (Kaju Curry, Dal Tadka, and Boondi Raita) then took an unjustifiable 30 minutes to arrive on a slow Thursday evening. The food itself was tasteless. When I complained, the waiter was dismissive and actually tried to argue that I hadn't asked for spice, even though I had requested it more than three times. In summary: Zero on service, zero on staff behavior, and zero on food quality. Save your money and time.
