The food is good and the ambience is decent. However, the service is very poor. If you try to raise any concerns, the usual excuse is a “shortage of staff” or that there’s a party going on. On weekends, they expect you to just “manage” due to the rush. Unfortunately, this kind of response feels dismissive and reflects a lack of proper planning and customer care.
