The manager of this outlet Mr. Praveen is very rude and disrespectful. Very unethical behavior. We ordered food worth 3500/- next day of Diwali and out of which items worth 760 was not ok. We complained about the same to zomato and been told by Mr. Praveen that don't complaint on zomato, we will replace the items with your next order and we don't have staff to.pick the faulty item back. When I ordered agai today Mr. Praveen simply refused to honor his commitment and told that it should be addressed the same day not after a week. And also said that we are just trying to fool him as there was no issue in the food. When asked to connect with the owner or supervisor, he said I am the only person you can talk to and do whatever you feel like, we cannot do anything about the order. I strongly recommend NOT to order food from Dhaba Ambarsar, palam vihar outlet Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,800–2,000 Service: 1
