The place looks good. The menu offers ample choices. However the customer experience has applied the rest of it. The lady/girl at the ice-cream/shake counter lacks basic service ethics. She gave a dull look and frowning face while taking orders(not just mone but the one before mine - for all I could notice). I ignored that. I asked for choice of shakes, sodas. Sodas were not available at the time so I sticked to shakes. She gave me three-four choices. I wanted black currant which was not among one of the choices. She said that is possible and I ordered the black currant shake. Was asked to wait for couple of minutes. I took a chair nearby.
After few minutes, I was called upon. She was calling out -"Excuse me" and made a call out hand gesture - a mild offensive hand gesture. I left my chair and reached out her. Told her - not make such hand gesture as I found it a bit offensive. She said -" hamare yahan toh aise hi hota hai". I didn't see that coming.
.To make things worse. She gave me a chocolate shake instead of black currant. On confronting again - she lied again, said I thought you ordered Chocolate.
Now, Indeed I was billed for chocolate in the time I was making u
p my mind on what shake to have. I asked her specifically - " will it be possible for you to get me a black currant on this chocolate order". She said -" Sure, both are the same price anyways"
Fleeting manners in the city of Nawabs, aye?

Loved this place. Esp the customised sundaes. They totally beat any brand hands down. The only negative I could scrounge up was the delay in service but that can be adjusted if they pay attention.
Well...desserts i love the ice cream sundae's here bt....this branch disappointed me...i ordered Choco Affair single sundae...they served...it with very less chocolate toppings and all....if you visit Desserts at Aryan Restaurant u will find a great difference...in chocolate toppings...and all...
