My son personally booked the room for his parents at Dev Palace hotel, Jagatpur, Cuttack on dated: 20.11.2024 at about 19:30 Hrs. for 23.11.2024 to 26.11.2024. He tried to make payment but the manager (Mr. Jitendra) told to pay at the time of occupancy. I also got confirmation from the manager on dated: 22.11.2024 at 17:00Hrs about the booking and shared the location of the hotel too but later on at about 19:45Hrs, he cancelled the booking by telling about light & water problem since last three days which means from the date of booking, i.e., 20.11.2024, which was fake. If there was a problem then he would have informed my son and me also before confirming my booking at 17:00Hrs. on dated: 22.11.2024. This is an unethical act of business. We are Senior Citizens and felt betrayed. Luckily my son is there otherwise we would have suffered a lot. It is a breach of trust which is not acceptable. This act has declined the reputation of Dev Palace Hotel. Thanks Service: 1
