I ordered chapati and curry through swiggy and got age old chathi.it was cruble when i open the pack and smelly. I called the hotel to report they told me to complaint in swiggy for a refund. They didn't even try to apologize. By the way swiggy offered ne 19 rs refund. My actual bill was 335rs. Thank u swiggy for the great consideration. I recently ordered food from Devi Hotel in Trivandrum through delivery, and it was a total disaster! The food was disgusting. There were dirty bits in the fish curry, which was sickening. And to make things worse, I found a hair in my rice! The food looked terrible and tasted even worse. The quality was extremely poor, and it's clear they don't care about cleanliness.
