This small Darshini serves a unique style of Bangalore dosa! The set Masalae! It's unique because it's not a traditional set dosa, but a crispy Bangalore dosa, oval shaped mini sized, filled with Palya and served in a set of three. It's not a typical ghee overloaded dosa. The flavours are down to the batter and the Palya. It's unique in it's own sense and I loved it for that. Paired with some sambar and chutney, the dish hits the spot everytime! The vada was also hot and crispy and when paired with the sambar for a winning combination. The meal ended with a traditional filter coffee which did not disappoint and was awesome! The place is nestled away in the by lanes of Hanumanth Nagar. Definitely worth a visit..
