I recently had the pleasure of dining here, and I must say, this outlet truly stands out. The food was absolutely fantastic, and clearly prepared with care. I’ve been to other Desi Cuppa outlets before, but this one raises the bar in every way. The place is extremely well-maintained, and you can feel the attention to detail in both presentation and cleanliness. Every dish we tried was a hit, and I’ll definitely be coming back for more. What really impressed me beyond the food was the service. The staff here were incredibly welcoming, warm, and attentive without being intrusive. They genuinely made the experience feel personal and enjoyable. The whole environment had a relaxed and inviting vibe that made the meal even more memorable. Dessi Cuppa Ottapalam is a must try place. Comparing it with other Desi Cuppa locations this one is spacious and they offer more items. They provide mocktails, krushers, fruit juices, shakes and also with icecreams. As munchies they serve pizza, burger, wraps and momos. Their Dine in special is the sizzler which is a must try. The ambience is great and spacious too to accommodate large crowd. The staff is polite and well mannered and their service is good. They also have home delivery service. Overall a great place to hangout. Accept any payment method No wheelchair accessible entrance No restroom and only common wash area.
