Despite being a regular patron and a paid member for the past two months, my recent experience at this cafe was deeply disappointing and frankly unacceptable. The staff displayed a level of rudeness and indifference that one would not expect from an establishment that claims to value its customers. There was a complete lack of basic courtesy, professionalism, and attentiveness. Requests were met with dismissive attitudes, and the overall interaction felt more like an inconvenience to them than a service they are paid to provide. What makes this experience particularly disheartening is my loyalty to this cafe. As someone who visits frequently and has invested in a membership, I expected at least a baseline level of respect and hospitality. Unfortunately, the conduct of the staff fell far below that standard. This cafe has potential, but unless customer service is taken seriously and staff are trained to treat patrons with basic decency, it risks losing even its most loyal customers.

Recently visited dessert villa for exploring the waffle we tried single dish and loved it but quantity is very less. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2 Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ₹1–200 Recommended dishes: Naughty Nutella Waffle with Icecream
