I had an absolutely awful experience at Desi urban chai .To my horror, I discovered an insect in my food! This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the hygiene standards of this establishment. I immediately brought it to the attention of the staff, but their response was dismissive and lacked any genuine concern. I would never recommend this place to anyone and will certainly not be returning. It’s shocking that a place like this is still in business with such poor standards. Avoid at all costs!
