It was for first time i visited here in Desi Thaat Raipur,with my family.No Doubt the food is tasty,ambience is good . But just because of one thing they spoiled overall review for them. I ordered 5 Masala Papad...They forgot to serve.... But atlast they mentioned that in my bill...charging for papad also...395/- for that. I said it was not served,and you have mistakenly mentione d it on bill.. Instead of accepting their mistake they started checking their CCTV Camera.... That was the worst experience of my life... I have never experience this before.... The counter person had no sense and responsibility towards it. They wasted my half an hour watching their CCTV Footage for 395/ rs..... Possibly they were blaming us that we ate and now refusing to pay... Seriously this was the first place in raipur ...where i faced this ... Money is not the problem here....the main thing was ...responsibility,Customer time,and trust.
