Didn't send cutlery though I've mentioned it on instructions. Rice portion is very less compared to the previous order. still sent big pieces of chicken. either read the instructions or disable the feature. very bad customer experience

Food was supposed to be delivered in 25 mins, it took them more than an hour. I specifically asked for cutlery yet there was not even a spoon there. I ordered tawa roti since I thought they won't become stiff due to the time but they were cold, stiff and chewy. The dal was good as always but the whole experience was not up to the mark of Desi tadka. Please look into this.
