Had a wonderful experience at Desert Cow Restaurant near Jaisalmer Fort. The location is perfect with an incredible rooftop view of the Golden Fort, especially beautiful during sunset and at night. The atmosphere was peaceful, cozy, and perfect for families, couples, and friends. The food was absolutely delicious and freshly prepared. We tried traditional Rajasthani dishes along with continental food, and everything tasted amazing. The Laal Maas, Dal Baati Churma, pizza, and desserts were full of flavor and served beautifully. The quality and hygiene were excellent. What made our visit even better was the warm hospitality of the staff. Everyone was friendly, polite, and always ready to help with recommendations. Service was quick, and they made us feel very comfortable throughout the evening. If you are visiting Jaisalmer and looking for a rooftop restaurant with great food, amazing fort views, and a relaxing vibe, Desert Cow Restaurant is definitely worth visiting.
