We recently celebrated my son’s first birthday at Denissons Hotel, and it is our great pleasure to share our appreciation for the exceptional service provided by the entire team. Every stage of the event was handled with care, professionalism, and attention to detail, making the celebration truly memorable for our family and guests. A special mention goes to Ms. Savita, who provided outstanding support from the initial enquiry through to the successful completion of the event. Her communication was extremely clear, well-organized, and professional. The level of guidance and coordination she offered was comparable to what we have experienced at international hotels, which was truly impressive. On the event day, Mr. Anthony ensured smooth execution with excellent coordination. His clear instructions, thoughtful discussion on food service timing, and his suggestion to serve the cake along with starters before dinner greatly enhanced the overall guest experience. Both Ms. Savita and Mr. Anthony demonstrated international-class professionalism and hospitality, and their support played a key role in making the event a grand success.
