If I could give Demitasse Coffee zero stars, I absolutely would. I walked in just wanting to sit and enjoy a coffee — the café was open for another full hour, and there were plenty of people seated. Yet I was rudely told I must take it to-go, with no explanation and a cold, dismissive attitude. There was no reason given, no courtesy, and clearly no consistency. If you selectively decide who gets to sit, that says more about your staff than any policy. Disgraceful behavior for a place that calls itself a café. Hospitality is non-existent. Save your time — there are far better places nearby that won’t treat you like an inconvenience.
