the name is an italian macroni sandwich, but the sandwich does not have macroni in it, it has just italian sauce with onion, capsicum, corn and paneer.if I wanted to have paneer in my sandwich I could order a paneer sandwich. and in spite of writing instructions to make it less spicy, it was really super spicy.
