Recently I hosted my daughters 5th birthday in myriad and I am completely satisfied with the service, decoration, staff behaviour and even the food quality was superb.... I want to thank myriad from. The bottom. Of my heart to make my angels birthday celebration a grand success.. Service: 5

To Whom it May Concern: This is to bring to management/ owner attention that a rodent lept on my bed during my recent stay at your hotel in the middle of the night. There was rodent shit all over the floor. This has caused me great distress. I had informed your staff immediately and while I was accommodated in an alternative room I got no sleep and suffered a panic attack from the trauma. As you are aware, this is a serious breach of hospitality standards besides being very unsafe and shows the unfitness of your premises for use of trade. Kindly address this complaint as a matter of urgency and provide me a full refund. I also expect additional compensation for the pain and suffering I endured and continue to experience as the memories of this shameful incident linger. Service: 1

Good budget stay option located in a good location. Metro station is at walking distance and this place is well connected with other important Lucknow places like Chowk, Hazratganj etc. Rooms were neat and clean. Faced some issue with the exhaust fan of our bathroom, but got resolved eventually. They can work on their complimentry breakfast buffet which is strictly below average. But if you order food, the food quality is good. Service: 5
