Milkshakes were good, however the way this order was handled by the restaurant was disappointing. The order was quite delayed. As mentioned by the delivery agent, the staff at the restaurant started preparing the order after 30 mins past the order was submitted. Some compensation should be provided to customers for these types of scenarios going forward. I know there would be some reason behind the delay. Now, the question is if they are not able to provide the services in that mentioned time period, then why the restaurant is online/available in that time in Zomato website/application. This needs to be looked upon with more seriousness, as this happens with alot of the time everyday with multiple customers. Thank you.
