Review: Terrible Experience at Sector 57 Branch (Vensej) Visited the Sector 57 branch (Vensej) and had an absolutely disappointing experience. The food quality was appalling. We ordered Butter Chicken, and what was served was clearly undercooked — in fact, it was barely half-cooked. When we brought this to the staff’s attention, they dismissed our concern, claiming that “the chef says it’s cooked properly.” After repeatedly asking to speak with the chef, someone eventually came out claiming to be the chef, only to repeat the same excuse — that in his opinion, the dish was cooked. This level of negligence in food preparation is unacceptable, especially when it involves non-vegetarian dishes where proper cooking is critical for safety. Strongly advise against visiting this place. Poor quality, worse service, and a complete disregard for customer feedback.
