Very disappointed with the experience at Delhi Kitchen. I visited the outlet with my own clean utensils to avoid using plastic, as it's harmful to health and the environment. However, the owner rudely refused to serve food in my containers and said, "I don't do business like that." As a responsible citizen, I expect businesses to support sustainable practices—not discourage them with disrespect. It's unfortunate to see such attitude toward eco-friendly choices. I hope the management reconsiders their policy and treats customers more respectfully in the future.
