I ordered aloo tikki from this restaurant and was extremely disappointed. The tikki was served cold, and when I raised the issue, a staff member named Pintu was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of addressing the concern politely, he claimed the tikki is supposed to be cold because it has curd—like I’ve never eaten tikki before! I’ve had aloo tikki countless times and know the difference between cold toppings and a cold, unappetizing dish. Poor customer service and complete lack of basic courtesy. Won’t be ordering again.
