We stayed at this hotel while travelling from Chennai. The hotel management and the rooms are not well kept. The blanket had stains on it. The kettle had water in it and the coffee mug had coffee stains too. But the restaurant food was delicious. Even the breakfast was amazing. The interior is beautiful too. Stars for the food and restaurant. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

We stopped here on 10-Jan-2025 on the way to home from Bangalore for lunch. It took 1 hour to get a table to sit, another 45 minutes to bring food. In total, it took 2.5 hours for lunch during our way home which wasted my time. The person in reception has no clue about the time by when we can get a table and hardly has any interest or confidence to speak to customers. I will never go back to this place purely due to the delay they caused. Further problems we faced due to this delay are really bad. By the way, two positives are - children play area, ambience of the hotel. They are awesome. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Tandoori Roti, Dum Biryani, Paneer Tikka Masala
