Dear Delhi Darbar Owner, Please fix your food and hospitality before your restaurant officially becomes the National Museum of Bad Experiences.*A Night to Forget* — My Experience at Delhi Darbar (20th Oct 2025)Last night, I finally managed to take out some time and decided to visit the so-called “great” restaurant — Delhi Darbar. But honestly, from the moment I exited my car, the experience started going downhill. Parking:No valet parking available. When I politely asked about it, the security rudely replied, “Khud lagao, yaha koi lagayega nahi.” Such arrogance and attitude — I was shocked. Entry & Seating:At the entrance, three to four waiters surrounded us, repeatedly asking, “Kitne log hai? Kitne log hai?” — and finally, they sent us upstairs to the first floor without any courtesy or proper greeting. Service (or should I say, Disservice):Waiters named Fareed and Ramesh/Rajesh attended us. I genuinely don’t know how to describe their behavior — Fareed was extremely rude and harsh, while Ramesh/Rajesh seemed to specialize in sarcasm. They were in such a hurry to take orders and serve food that it felt like we were eating at a roadside bandara. Even there, people at least let you breathe for a moment. Every time we asked about a dish, their answer was the same — “Yaha aisa hi milta hai.”They stood near our table with such expressions as if serving us was a punishment and they were about to retire right after this meal. Honestly, words fall short to describe how humiliated and disappointed I felt.If I could rate this place — it would be -0.000000 stars. Food:And the biggest shock — the food itself.A place that’s hyped so much turned out to be a complete disaster.Sorry to use such a strong word, but I have to. Because I was the one who convinced my 8 friends to join me here… and we all ended up regretting it. Note to the Restaurant Owner:Please improve your hospitality, staff behavior, and food quality. Otherwise, Delhi Darbar will soon be known only for one thing — “How to turn a dinner into a disaster"Regards Faizan Khan
