Food delivery is a big benefit of this restaurant. Many reviewers note that you can have nicely cooked paneer, garlic rolls and filet américain here. I used to love Delhi Chaap Corner, Mangalwari their food was one of the best earlier. But for the past few orders (especially online), the quality has dropped badly. The food tastes extremely sour and starts smelling bad within a few hours. To check what’s going wrong, I personally visited the shop. Earlier, the owner and staff were polite, service was quick, and taste was perfect. But this time, it was completely opposite. Ever since they’ve started focusing on online orders, the dine-in customers are being ignored. They barely listened to my order, and when I ordered Garlic Chaap, it was so spicy that it brought tears to our eyes, three of us couldn’t even finish one plate! When I complained, the owner casually said “It’s always like that”, which clearly isn’t true because I’ve had it many times before it was never this spicy. Really disappointed with how their food quality and attitude have changed. They seriously need to focus on maintaining their old taste and customer service again. I've tried chap at many places, but this ine was quite unusual experience. The chap was extremely spicy more than expected and it overpowered the actual taste. when i brought it to the staff's attention, the response was simply, 'that's how it is'. If that's tge standard then there's definitely room for improvement in both flavour balance and customer response. A little more care in taste and a slightly more considerate attitude would go a long way. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1–200
