Decieving the customer with Gulab jamun calling it Rasgulla. Really ? Anything thing Gol( round) in syrup( Ras) isnt Rasgulla.. Taste too would rather be a miss than hit.

I can understand your concern but here in Allahabad and several parts of U.P. we call it rasgulla instead of gulab jamun.

Really good Rasgullas (aka Gulab jamun) served at Dehati. Take away orders are packed in mud vessels which to the nostalgia of the place. Gulab jamuns (or Rasgulla as commonly called in Allahabad) are very soft, melt in the mouth and tasty. Will certainly go back for more.

Allahabad aae or dehati rasgulla na khae to ky khae ?
Well this was said to me after just months wen I came to Allahabad and as I'm very much of mitha lover I was very fascinated to go n taste this rasgulla... And guess what they are really difrnt from the regular gulab jamuns.. these dehati rasgullas are big heavy and it's quiet eveident it's ofcourse affordable.. must have in Ur check list at Allahabad ??
