Once again disappointed !! While the cakes etc are nice, there seems to total apathy & mismanagement so far as customer service is concerned. Even in peak summer months, they do not offer ice/cool packs with cakes etc AND now that they are selling Diwali hampers (not at cheap prices!!) the management does not think it necessary to offer a paper carry bag. The staff just shrugs and says pls just carry it as it is in your hands as they do not have bags large enough to hold the hampers they are selling for 2.2k & 3K. We patronize it simply because of proximity in the neighborhood, else would avoid this outlet. Hope management takes some notice and hopefully some positive steps to improve.
