First time ordering a cake and the requirements were briefed very clearly, but when it was delivered, it didn't meet expectations . When we brought it up, the counter person's behavior was very rude, saying we should have specified it when placing the order. He completely dismissed what we told him. Very bad experience. Not recommending if you're ordering a custom-designed cake for the first time.
