@Deeprupa Restaurant - I am love with you vada and idly since my childhood but things have changed and vadas are soaked in oil and will cause acidity once you have them … I don’t know how you will fix it but for sure you need to fix it … I would love to go back to same Idly vada taste which used to be there in the back lanes of Sadar Bazar
