Today i visited deenanath restaurant with my family, after waiting long time staff said after purchasing coupon, then only food serve.i purchase food coupon and forgotten to purchase water bottle, in meanwhile i told to staff two times to gave me water bottle they did not provide me water bottle. I complain same thing to the owner but their reaction is very surprising, they don’t bother about the thing.at last i pay 20 rupees and purchase a water bottle. Very ridiculous and arrogant behaviour by owner and staff. Money is not every thing, for running any business customer satisfaction is on top most priority. Very poor service, in future i never visited this restaurant. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400
