Elegant ambience with good food. We family members had buffet lunch here, the menu is extensive with a touch of telugu flavor dishes especially the main course curries. Each section be it salads, curries, rotis, rice or desserts had multiple options to choose from. The tandoor rotis were perfectly crispy while curries were decent to good and rice dishes were cooked to perfect level of softness. Overall the mixed fruit salad, baked rasagulla, curd rice and kesar pista ice cream were stand out dishes. Located at ground floor right in front as you enter the hotel, ambience was indeed great and relaxing while service was excellent. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Large vegetarian selection, Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes Vegetarian options: Main course veg dishes containers are color coded with blue while for non veg it was red.

Taj Deccan, a so called 5 star property ruining the brand name “TAJ” by allowing some shitty event company to organise an event in their arena that too on a new year night.The event company named “Swara Entertainments & Events” have completely ruined my new year eve.The event was supposed to be a bollywood night with Paris theme but guess what, seems like a small telugu village theme.I am surprised on a fact that how come Taj Deccan allow this as this is also a question of their reputation.This even company has charged a handsome amount for this event entry just on the name of Taj Deccan and just making the fool out of public.Taj Deccan, did not expect this from you.
