I have booked a room in the hotel Royal palace at COOCHBEHAR to make my trip, The room was Semi Delux and the cost was around 3000/-, while I enter the room i experienced that Tea set and dental kit is missing. When I asked the receptionist for these reasons they informed me the actual cost of Semi Delux is 1600/- only and Make my trip change the rest of amount.
