Food delivery is a big benefit of De Cake World Varkala. This place provides nicely cooked shawarma, pizza and chicken. Most reviewers mark that the staff is cool at this place. Not a reliable outlet to order your birthday cake I had ordered my daughters birthday cake from them and made the advance 2 days before, for a rainbow cake, which she loves, but on the day of the delivery, that too very late, they informed, they cannot provide the same, and I had run out of time to make alternate arrangements for the same and had to buy a vancho cake instead, I felt thier excuse was not genuine, they always have certain cakes with them, vancho, truffle, white forest and black Forest,velvet cakes, if u are ordering these cakes, it's okay, for its always available, else don't trust them, they lack commitment, not even a proper apology . update.....as of now that is 17/12/2024 the outlet has been closed permanently for many months now, lack of customer care has a lot to do for its downfall.

Food is this really bad with the worst customer service i literally got a burnt alfaham and inspite of complaining they didn't give a damn about it.
