One of the best authentic Rajasthani food experiences I’ve ever had in Delhi/UP! The flavors were absolutely amazing — rich, spicy, and full of that traditional Rajasthani touch. The Dal Baati was outstanding — perfectly cooked, buttery, and bursting with flavor. The service was excellent too, with staff who were friendly and attentive.
