Whenever the topic of some famous Biriyani comes up, the name of Barrackpore's D Bapi Biriyani is always on the list. Due to some work, I visited Barrackpore and I have never tried D Bapi Biriyani before. So, I went to the branch and got a plate of Mutton Biriyani packed to take away. Due to short time, I didn't dine in there. Okay, now come to the main point, how did I feel ? Firstly, the sheer quantity of biriyani impressed me the most and secondly the Mutton piece... it was very soft and big. The taste is very good as I thought. Only the biriyani seemed to have a little oily compared to the others. They provided salad and an awesome green chutney, which was included inside the pack. I thought the price was fair enough considering the quantity of biriyani. Compared to other famous biriyani shop in Barrackpore, the waiting time here is much shorter. Overall Thumbs Up for D Bapi Biriyani.
