Extremely Disappointing ₹180 Thali – Dayal Sweets, Hamirpur Visited Dayal Sweets, Hamirpur and ordered their ₹180 thali – and the experience was deeply unsatisfactory. Food Quality: The dal makhani tasted stale and had a sour, spoiled essence, clearly indicating it was not fresh. The overall food was bland and unappetizing, with below-average curries. The quantity was very limited – barely enough to be called a full meal. Poor Service: Upon raising a genuine complaint about the rotten dal makhani, the manager sitting at the main counter simply ignored it and did not even bother to respond. Highly unprofessional and disappointing behavior. Seating & Experience: The seating area is congested and uncomfortable. The serving time is very long, with staff appearing indifferent and poorly trained. For ₹180, you expect at least a basic standard of freshness, quantity, and courtesy – none of which were present here. Definitely not worth the money. Quality of food is good no doubt. For that expensive price food and representation is worth it. But the WORST part is the STAFF. That two boys and junior waiter near billing counter they are so arrogant and egositic . Idk why they were like staring and giving weired looks . Making coustmers awkrd. they were behaving like why we came here like we have no money .they judging us by our clothes and they were so rude so that i would never visit there again !!!!!
