Dayal is one of the oldest names in Jammu and hence it sells all its products only by name even today. Having travelled the world, i am aware that the quality, presentation and customer service of this place needs a lot of improvement. Though they won't make any changes as there isn't much competition in the market they are thriving in and hence their customers keep buying from them without a better option. Will give it a 3star as the icecream can be improved many folds. Hoping for them to atleast try and match the world market quality.

We have bought 4 ice cream cup with 12 scopes of ice cream , Below is the bifurcation of flavours:Chocolate chips : 5 scoop : 25 per scoop : 125₹Black forest : 2 scoop : 25 per scoop : 50₹Dayal's special : 1 scoop : 35 per scoop : 35₹Punjabi special : 4 scoop : 25 per scoop : 100₹Bill should be : 310₹Bill paid : 405₹Timing of buying is at approximately 15:00 ISDLocation of shop : Gandhinagar JammuThis is not the first time this is happening , this had happened in multiple occasions , they are misusing our faith on the old brand, some one should have a look at them.

The word black forest is deceptive in fact the actual flavour of ice cream is Pan gulandhi type.This strong flavor does not mix with chocolate and hence spoils the whole taste.
