I had ordered food swigy and the order was accepted from Restaurant (Dawat Biryani house, Bhosari) but after waiting for 2 hours i didnot get my order. I called up the restaurant but the owner was like there is no order, Cheak you application, call delivery boy and giving silly reasons Speaking rudely. Then i called Delivery Boy and he says Which order i dont lnow about your order, I accidently Installed swiggy application and accept your order I dont know about you and your order. After connecting to Swiggy Customer care about this for almost 1 hr still there was no solution from their end and were not calling me and giving reason that call is not connecting to you also i had given 2/3 alternative contact number. So i want A solutuon for this a Scam happend with me. Third class Restaurant.Worst experince. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
