you have shown photographs of a dishes and some thing other I have ordered for gulab jamun but sent soan papdi . The biryani test was so poor and sub standard it was meant for throw at a dust bin .

My instructions related to chicken pieces are not fulfilled by which I am not satisfied fully, the rice is very dry, I ordered Coca Cola but got Sprite and it doesn't also have the packaging of zomato or dawat e jashn, it had some 3rd party aggregator packaging which is very disappointing. If the zomato is listening to this and takes its feedback seriously then zomato should at least refund 50% of my order value. Because consumers like me are paying extra for the name of zomato that it will deliver some genuine and quality food on the train which makes our journey special. So, if it is possible then zomato please refund my 50% money because this is not what I am expecting for and also making me dicey to order again from zomato for my train journeys.
