Food delivery is a big plus of this place. The cheerful staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. The cool service demonstrates a high level of quality at this spot. Come here for the charming atmosphere. But google users rated this bbq and it didn't get a high rating.

Extremely Disappointed with Egg Biryani from Dhawat Hotel – A Ruined Meal and Experience I usually don’t write long reviews, but today’s experience has forced me to share this. I was extremely hungry after a long, tiring day with barely enough money in hand to afford a decent meal. I was craving something filling, and when I checked the food delivery app, I came across a discounted offer from Dhawat Hotel for their egg biryani. The photo of the biryani looked amazing – perfectly cooked rice, rich color, boiled eggs placed beautifully, and what looked like a generous portion of flavorful masala. The discount made it just affordable for me, and I decided to take a chance. I thought, “This might just be the satisfying meal I need right now.” But the moment I received the order and opened the box, I was completely heartbroken and disappointed. First, the quantity was shockingly low – definitely not enough for even one hungry adult. The rice was dry, lacked flavor, and seemed like it had been sitting around for hours. The spices were completely off. There was hardly any masala or aroma that a good biryani usually has. The boiled eggs were cold, bland, and felt like they were just thrown in without any effort. There was no freshness, no taste, no soul in the food. To make matters worse, the biryani was lukewarm, almost cold. There were barely any onions or garnishes. The taste was so poor that I couldn’t even finish the little that was there. It felt like I had just wasted the last bit of money I had on something that didn’t even come close to what was promised in the photo. This experience was not just about bad food – it affected me emotionally too. I was genuinely hungry, I had no backup food or money for something else, and I had trusted this restaurant to deliver at least a decent meal. Instead, I ended up going to bed hungry. It may sound dramatic to some, but when you’re low on money and energy, a bad meal hits harder than usual. To the management of Dhawat Hotel – please take your online food orders more seriously. A lot of people like me order food not just for luxury, but because they genuinely need a proper meal at the moment. If you’re showing a good image and offering discounts, at least ensure the actual food quality and quantity match the promise. This experience felt like false advertising and neglect. I’m writing this not just out of frustration, but in the hope that no one else has to go through such a disappointing experience, especially when they’re already down and just looking for a comforting meal. Mutton Biryani we ordered was worst in all of Belgaum. Fully dry n hard. Very difficult to consume. As we had ordered and it was expensive we had only consumed pieces. I would suggest never visit this place. You would loose your taste. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
