Had one of the best meals in this hotel. Visited many times with family. BUT today had a very awful experiance. It had shown the restaurant was open in evening,but when visited it was kind of open but nobody was inside and the staff told that the owner was not there. Requested the staff if we could atleast take parcel(as parcel service was open) and atleast eat inside the restaurent as it was raining outside. The staff lied that the parcel was also closed(when we could clearly see that it was open). Always had a great food but today had to return empty stomach. I request the owner to kindly see that the service is up to the mark, refusing so will only hurt its loyal customer base. Will definately think twice before visiting again. Food: 5 Service: 1
