I had planned a get-together with friendsat Old Loco Restaurant in Daspan House, but the experience was nothing short of disappointing, primarily due to the behavior of the staff. The manager, in particular, was borderline rude and lacked even basic courtesy, which is the bare minimum one expects in the hospitality industry. The staff's restrictive and inconsiderate attitude put a damper on the entire evening. The food and ambience were mediocre at best and did nothing to compensate for the poor service. What truly added insult to injury was their audacity to impose a 10% service charge without any consent, despite the subpar service we received. Had it not been for a senior in our group, I would have walked out without placing an order. Suffice it to say, this place doesn’t understand the meaning of hospitality and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for an enjoyable dining experience. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
