I recently visited Darshan Restaurant, and unfortunately, it was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I've ever had. From start to finish, the experience fell far short of my expectations, especially considering the premium price tag. First and foremost, the cost of dining here is incredibly high, which would be acceptable if the quality matched the price. However, the food was shockingly subpar. The ingredients didn’t seem fresh, and several dishes lacked flavor and texture. Portions were also smaller than expected, and overall, there was nothing remarkable about the presentation. It felt like I was paying a premium price for average, if not below-average, quality. The service, too, left much to be desired. The waitstaff seemed inattentive and, at times, unprofessional. Orders took an unusually long time to arrive, and some items were even incorrect. When we tried to bring this up, the response was indifferent, as though customer satisfaction wasn’t a priority. For a restaurant with such high prices, I anticipated a refined ambiance and a well-curated experience, but even the atmosphere felt lacking. The decor was dated, and the ambiance didn’t justify the luxury pricing. There was little attention to detail in creating a welcoming or sophisticated environment. In summary, [Restaurant Name] charges an exorbitant amount for a dining experience that doesn’t come close to meeting expectations. The quality of the food, service, and ambiance is nowhere near worth the price. I left feeling disappointed and quite frankly, overcharged.
