Hi All, Recently, I ordered a birthday cake (my son 1st birthday) with a 'Cocomelon' theme, but the actual outcome was entirely different from the image provided as a reference. We explained our expectations in detail, including the use of fondant, printed images, and avoiding slippage during delivery, but these were not met.
